Wellness Management Consultants (WMC) develops individual plans for wellness and balance through evidence-based, clinically tested techniques and approaches. Our modern food supply makes it easy to consume salt, fat, sugar, and protein at the expense of fruits, vegetables, and grains. And even then, we need to consider if the fruits, vegetables and grains are the same ones our grandparents ate.
Our Healthy People Program will help to educate you about food sources and the components might impact your overall wellness. We will help you source and locate the freshest, organic and non-GMO food sources available.
In many cases, food-based vitamins might be recommended to supplement a dietary plan that includes organic, non-GMO or gluten-free components.
